4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation Requests

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book all services and will be applied toward the total cost of your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new appointment, and your new date must be selected at the time of rescheduling. We understand that unexpected situations may arise; however, reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will still result in a forfeited deposit. Please review the full cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. B. Bodied Wellness is located within a shared spa environment. For the comfort of all guests, children are not permitted during sessions. Failure to follow this policy may result in your appointment being rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer a blanket refund policy. Instead, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and evaluated under the following specific situations:

  • Inability to Attend Due to Medical Reasons: If a documented medical condition or injury prevents you from completing a service package, you may request a partial refund or account credit. A doctor's note may be required. [1]

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: If B. Bodied Wellness must cancel a scheduled class, session, or workshop, a full refund or complimentary reschedule option will be provided.

  • Accidental Duplicate Billing: In the event of a technical glitch or accidental duplicate purchase, a full refund for the duplicate transaction will be issued immediately upon verification. [1]

  • Dissatisfaction with Service Quality: If you are deeply unsatisfied with your experience, please submit a detailed written complaint. We review these situations individually to determine if a partial refund or credit is warranted.

 

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
